Are your chili crisps hot?

- Our crisps have a very agreeable heat level that brings a magic flavor boost to any dish with a bit of spice that does not slap you in the face. We feel the heat levels appeal to spice lovers and fans of a more mild flavor alike.

Do I have to eat them by the ‘Best by’ date on the bottom?

- Our products will not ‘expire’ and will be perfectly safe for consumption for at least a year. However, we suggest consuming the product before the ‘best by’ date to ensure the best flavor and texture. Chili crisps are most magical when used before the suggested use by date.

Do I need to refrigerate my crisps after opening?

Yes. Refrigerating after opening keeps the product fresher for longer.

Any ingredients I need to know about?

- All of our products are nut free, non-gmo, vegan and gluten free

How does shipping work?

- Shipping is free for orders over $55. For orders under $55, shipping is charged at a flat rate of $5. Orders generally ship within 48 to 72 hours and are shipped via DHL/USPS or UPS. Once received by the carrier, your bottles of magic are usually in transit for about 3-7 business days depending on your location.

Do you offer refunds?

- We offer refunds on our products for up to 14 days upon receiving. If your order arrives and is incorrect, damaged or defective, email us hello@bocadoflavorco.com within 14 days of receiving and if we can’t make it right we will refund your order.
